Shipping
We currently ship FurBanish orders to addresses in the United States.
Shipping cost: Standard tracked shipping is free.
Estimated delivery: Our current fulfillment route estimates approximately 5–11 business days in transit after dispatch. Processing time occurs before dispatch, and delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier, customs, weather, peak-season, or other external delays can occasionally extend delivery times.
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us through our store Contact page before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Items should be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received. Reasonable inspection is fine, but products showing significant use, misuse, or damage unrelated to a product defect may not qualify for a refund.
For ordinary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we tell you otherwise.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the problem. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring a physical return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund after it is processed.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. We will try to help, but once fulfillment has started we may be unable to cancel or change the order.
Please do not send returns to an address found on a parcel or supplier label without contacting us first.
